We are committed to promoting health and safety practices in the workplace and at all job sites for every project we undertake, regardless of how big or small the job may be.
Safety is our number 1 priority
We have a duty of care to protect all of our employees and contractors while on the job. We require anyone working onsite to undertake safety training as part of their site induction. This includes an overview on health and safety awareness, and identifying potential risks and control measures while working onsite.
For specific safe work sites, we undertake a full Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and produce a Safe Work Method Statement to ensure the safety of all workers and the general public. We’re always striving for continuous improvement in identifying potential hazards and risks, and minimising the number of near misses or incidences from occurring.
It is our obligation to provide all of our employees (including some of our sub contractors) injury insurance cover, should an accident or illness occur as a result of carrying out work on behalf of MACS Maintenance and Contracting Services.
